Every once in a while I get an email with pictures I can't see. There's a box with an x in the corner. I've tried forwarding it to another email, tried copying and pasting the picture into a Word document. Any ideas why this happens and how I can resolve the problem?
Thanks. Susan

- This may sound like a stupid question, but how come the sender can see them?
Most likely the pictures are linked to a web page that no longer exists, or has changed. The pictures are supposed to be on a web page that outlook can normally connect to and show you, but since there is a problem with the web page, the pictures are not shown. I am assuming this because other pictures work, presumably from your post.

I am attempting to edit a shared calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. But it is giving me "unable to display the folder. The server mailbox cannot be opened because the address book entry is not a mail user." What does that mean and how can I fix it? I am running Windows XP Professional SP3.
