Your need a keyboard. I'm guessing you have a laptop. (If you have a desktop, just buy a replacement keyboard anywhere and you'll be set.)

Here is a possible source:

http://www.machinaelectronics.com/

I purchased some laptops parts from them for repairs and have been satisfied.

I CANT SEE MY FILES THAT i SAVED ON F IN MY USB FLASK DISK INSTEAD THE USB OPEN ON G WHICH I DONT HAVE ANY SAVED FILES

If there is no F drive, then you can change the G drive letter to F drive letter. If the F drive is occupied by other device, then you can change the F letter to J letter, and then change your G drive letter to F drive letter. Here is how to change the drive letter:
Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management (please run as administrator; right click it), Disk Management, click on the Drive G and right click it; it will display Change Drive Letter and Paths.

Tip

What to do if your USB is not detected on your PC...

Hi Everyone,

If you are experiencing problems with Windows detecting your USB drive (Storage, MP3 or iPod), follow these steps to get them back. These problems are usually caused by either viruses or a damaged sector on the drive itself. Formatting the drives after enabling them, would usually restore all the functions back to normal.

IF USING WINDOWS XP:

Follow these simple steps,

- Right-Click on My Computer, and select "Manage"
- On the Right hand panel select "Storage" - Double Click on it
- Double Click on "Disk management(Local)"
- Your disk will most likely show here with NO Drive Letter

To fix it, assign a new drive letter to it by doing the following:
- Right-click the drive, and select "Change Drive Letter & Paths"
- Press Add.. select a letter and hit OK twice - It should now be visible.

IF USING WINDOWS VISTA OR WINDOWS 7:

Follow these simple steps,

- Open the Start Bar (Lower Left Corner by default)
- On the Right hand panel select "Storage" - Double Click on it
- Double Click on "Disk management(Local)"
- Your disk will most likely show here with NO Drive Letter

To fix it, assign a new drive letter to it by doing the following:
- Right-click the drive, and select "Change Drive Letter & Paths"
- Press Add.. select a letter and hit OK twice - It should now be visible.

I hope this tip has helped you combat those pesky USB errors.

select a another letter for the device - one that hasn't been used yet

When A USB thumbdrive is plugged in, it is reconized but then it doesn't show a drive letter in "my computert" in order to transfer to or from the drive. The safe eject tab is present and does give a drive...

You should plug in the thumb drive, wait for it to recognize it, and then right-click on My Computer. Select the Manage option. Inside the Computer Management window, go down to Disk Management on the right side. The left pane will show you all of your local drives (hard drives, CDRW, USB, Flash, etc...). If you see your thumb drive listed in the drives, you can right click on it and select "Change drive letter and path". This will allow you to pick the drive letter you want as long as it doesn't interfer with any other existing drive letter.

Now look for one without a drive letter. ex(c:, d:, and so on)
once you have found the one without a drive letter, right click on it and then and click "change drive letter and paths"

Then give it any drive letter that is availible.

It should work then

Ilo mp3 I cant erase or add music

If you are running windows XP.

Right-click on the Start button. Click properties. While in the Start Menu tab click on Customize... button. Under Start Menu items, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Display on the All Programs and Start Menu under System Administration Tools.

Now, click ok to finish these two windows you have open.

Click Start,
Click Administrative Tools,
Click Computer Management.
Now on the left side there will be System Tools, Storage, Services and Applications. We want to use Disk Management to see what drive letter is assigned to your mp3 player.

If you see a drive that does not have a letter assigned to it. Right click on the drive and pick Change Drive Letter and Paths...

Assign it any letter that you like (that isn't already used by another drive on this list,) and you should be able to view your files to add or remove just like another drive.

Most common reasons for this happening are... You are connected to a network that assigns drive letters to remote drives, or you have usb devices (like card readers) on your computer that have been assigned the letter that your mp3 player wants to call itself.

Please let me know if this helped you fix your problem.
