Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
I'm trying to turn on my hp laptop, its starts normally as its going to turn on. As soon as it passes the windows xp loading screen, the computer goes blank. Nothing is visible and I wait for a long period but nothing happens. I tried to boot from a cd to help repair it to see if there is any problem, it doesn;t even want to do that. I tries safe mode, configuring to last known working date, rebooting, everything and it just stays blank. Please help me, I don;t know what else to do,
Have you got a bootable cd or recovery cd , boot from it and do a fresh installation, i think your windows has got corrupt

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
