Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
I ran out of ink.
I bought new Kodak ink.
I cleaned heads with alcohol and cuetip.
I made sure correct printer was default, and on-line.
I selected Print...it went through the motions and
gently processed a blank piece of paper.

Regarding your issue, you shouldn't clean the printhead manually because it might damage the printhead with it. You need to clean the printhead with the printer first. Open your Home Center Software first on your computer and then click on the "?" mark icon on the top right corner of the window and then under General Links tab click on Maintenance and then choose Clean Printhead. Clean the printhead twice and then try to make some prints. If it still doesn't work, call kodak technical support so that they could replace your printhead because it might be already damage due to the manual cleaning of it. I know it will work...
