I'm not real sure what year this set is. Most sets 5 years or newer have service menu adjustments. Unless someone went in and adjusted it to get it out of adjustment, adjusting is not going to do much good. I would be looking for bad capacitors in the vertical circuit or possibly the vertical output IC. These IC's tend to run pretty hot anyway so they are usually the problem along with leaky caps.
C010 indicates main motor abnormality. U need to perform output check 03-101(ON)/151(OFF) to off the main motor. If main motor not running under output test, probably u need to replace it. If motor working, u might need change the LGC board.
Many of the RCA sets made over the last 10yrs have had issues
with intermitent solder connections in the Horizonal circuit, especially the coil off the collector of the Horzonal Output Transistor. Loose solder connections in the Powersupply also have been a problem.

Picture tube replacement in these set can be high. and most of the time unless the set is under warrenty to costly to get fix. From my point of view( a technician) i repair these set alot. and the tube runs 250 and then labor is very extensive. i think we repair a tube for about 350
vertical deflection problem. Vertical output IC, pump up cap, power to output problem, bad connections, jungle IC. Its a good idea to replace all electrolytic caps near the output IC. Bad caps cause it to run hot and self destruct.
