My microwave sharp 220hw 8oowatt

My microwave r-220hw. was working fine. but yester day while i was doing something in microwave sudeenly i pressed two three times the other buttons so it blinked as 88:88 on screen and my touch pad also didnt work can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. or shud i replace it. i have tried pressing stop/clear button but its not working now i have disconnected the microwave now. so help me. thnku.

After snubbing the darned thing overnight, plug it back it to see if it has recovered. These things do have primitive computers and we all know how reliable those things are- It may just have 'crashed,' just like seemingly all others.

Turning table not turning
The motor needs to be replaced for the turntable is the hard fix. If it's not seated right, it will not turn. Also check to see if there is residue or dried food stopping it from turning-that's the easy fix.

Sharp R-953M combination oven. Display not working.
We repair those for $39.95 mostly for US and Canadian customers, but in the UK you can contact Quality Electronic Repairs. I think they repair these.

Otherwise, you would have to replace the control unit, which consists of both circuit boards and the display.

I have a sharp micro wave oven. Occasionally, when some foods are cooked or heated, you can see small bursts of blue flame. What I should do ? I only use microwave safe containers.
You probably have a burnt wave guide cover. Look inside the microwave either on the side or on the top, it's a square piece of mica board, and you should see a burnt spot on it. You should be able to replace it fairly easy with the model number I can check on a replacement for you.
