This is more of a program conflict with the Interrupt request of hardware to the software. Long story short, sounds like a conflict. If hard ware was reciently added you may need to uninstall and reinstall. If not, then try to get into safe mode (Reboot and keep hitting f5) and when in safe mode, go into device manager and remove any and all duplicate entries and any and all items marked with a yellow exclamation mark. A Red x means something was disabled.and may need re-enabling. Unless it has been shuit off for a reason.

Keep on restarting

Chances are that if your machine keeps restarting, it is crashing with a "blue screen of death" and the bios is set to restart when that happens. Unfortunately, that doesn't allow you to get a clue as to why it is happening..

Usually, you can keep tapping the F8 key (you know, the one for safe boot) and there is usually an option to disable auto restart. This won't fix your problem, but at least you will get to see the blue screen and look at the diagnostic message to find out what is causing the crash

A driver is corrupted and loads abnormally - this can be either one of a device or from a program that deals directly with the kernel : an antivirus, a backup.

First, download Memtest86+ at and boot from the disk. I would recommend downloading
Burn the ISO to a blank CD, if you don't have a program to do that, use
Boot your computer with the disk in the drive and run a test. If you run into any errors, you need to replace your memory.
Your computer has two slots for RAM, will work for your machine.

In regards to getting the "irql_not_less_or_equal" BSOD this can be related to several things. You could be having a driver problem or a hardware related problem. To know exactually what your problem is we need to look at the stop code you are getting as well. The link below will show you what number I need to see exactually where your problem is.

I have a CyberPower Gamer Ultra 6230 Desktop PC

Windows systems are notorious for crashing for any number of reasons and in a number of ways. Some of these crashes are mild and can easily be overcome simply by closing a nonresponding application or by rebooting the system. However, others are more serious and can bring the entire system to its knees. Microsoft calls these types of crashes "Stop errors" because the operating system stops responding. When a Stop error occurs, the GUI is replaced by a DOS-like blue screen with a cryptic error message followed by a code number. This screen is affectionately referred to as the Blue Screen Of Death.

Blue Screen of Death.........

Considering your scenario, it is most likely a memory error or a network problem (the audio file is probably a large attachment).
You can test your memory (RAM) with memtest86. Regarding the network, you should make sure your Windows updates are all installed and you should check if there is a newer driver for the network card.
The irql_not_less_or_equal error can have multiple causes...
