Question about Toshiba PC Desktops
This is more of a program conflict with the Interrupt request of hardware to the software. Long story short, sounds like a conflict. If hard ware was reciently added you may need to uninstall and reinstall. If not, then try to get into safe mode (Reboot and keep hitting f5) and when in safe mode, go into device manager and remove any and all duplicate entries and any and all items marked with a yellow exclamation mark. A Red x means something was disabled.and may need re-enabling. Unless it has been shuit off for a reason.
