Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
About a week ago I noticed food/drinks not staying as cold as usual. I checked the freezer and everything seemed fine. I adjusted the temp setting and forgot all about it. Well yesterday I noticed my drinks were still warm. I checked the freezer and there is a huge build up of ice/frost on the back wall and the ice in the ice maker was melting. The food was thawing out as well. Any thoughts?
Defrost cycle not functioning. Could be defrost timer, timer motor, or defrost heater. I detailed this for someone else. see other solutions.
