HP IPAQ 111 Classic locks up at the first screen, bios screen... I've tried the four finger factory reset but no avail... any suggestions?

- Long story short, I disappointed in this HP product... it just didn't live up to all of HP's hype for it...

-   As soon as the Windows Mobile screen appears after a soft reset, the screen goes blank.....nothing. I also tried the 4 finger reset and nothing happens.

I have had the ipaq111 for about a year with no problems. Of course HP does not provide a way to contact them. -   koswald56
