I HAVE BEEN USING NERO AND DVD'S & CD'S HAVE BEEN BURNING WITH NO PROBLEM UNTIL THE WEEKEND - I HAVE UNINSTALLED & REINSTALLED NERO BUT STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM - SAYING ENCODING AND THEN EJECTING DISC WITH ERROR MESSAGE "BURN PROCESS FAILED"
ANY IDEAS? HELP - NEW LAPTOP - REALLY HATE TO THINK IT WOULD BE ACTUAL REWRITER!!!
do one thing ... go to device manager and than uninstalled the cd/dvd drive and than uninstall the secondary and primary channels and make sure u delete them in the same sequence you will find it under the ide/ata/atapi tell me whats the result
there are other steps also
