Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
My HP laserprinter always printed/copied with a light black streak evey few inches in the background, but now it got much worse darker and thicker and makes the pages unreadable. The streak goes horizontally across the paper as if coming from the roller, but when I take the cartridge out and look at the visible roller and wipe it, it appears clean. Is their a user's way to approach/correct this problem?
You have useful help if you measure the distance between the defects. If the lines are repetive, use this link http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&prodSeriesId=378048&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=378048&objectID=c00063561
