Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7 Digital Camera

Hi thank you so much

When i turn on the camera i push the button which is written ``home`` and than i entered the ``settings`` after there is a options of ``main settings`` inside of the main settings there are three options
# beep
# function guide
# initialize
i choose the 3rd options. it asked me initialize all settigs
i choosed ``yes``
after that processing clock settings comes to screen i set the time and date...
the first time it worked but as i said after a couple weeks later when i had the same problem which is e:91:01
thank you so muchnow i was trying this and during the initializing the battery finished. and i change the battery after i didnt set time and date
i just click the button which is yes.
i tried to take a foto it works
thank you so much
and more information I`m from Turkey i was working in MA during the summer. i bought that camera and when i see the warranty it says you can use only in usa
so i think that in other country sony will not repair that for free.

hi the following procedure is to set the date and time...
just do the following steps carefully.
1. Push the function/set button. Press the directional button down to select Date and Time.
2. Push the directional button to the right then down or up to set the date and time. Then press the function/set button to save it.
Then: to put the date and time on your pictures,
3. Push the selector button up to the camera icon, and press function/set. Scroll down to Date Stamp.
4. Scroll right to turn on the Date and Time Stamp, then up or down to until it says On.
Press function/set when your done.

That is your solution.after u set the date/time stamp is embedded in a picture, you can't take it out. ...

SONY DSC-W300 macro will not turn on


Looks camera requires RESET (Initialize) by following procedure.. Press HOME >> Settings >> Main Settings 1 >> Initialize >> OK and and enable Macro.

hi the following procedure is to set the date and time... just do the opposite of dis and ur date and time will be removed..
just do the following steps carefully.

I can"t turn on macro. When I push the button, I see on the display that macro is invalid.


I have a Sony W120 and had the same macro problem, tried all the "solutions" mentioned here without result. So I pressed the "Home" button, went to "Settings" (last menu item at right), then "Main Settings", and used the "Initialize" functio. Problem solved !

How to make date stamp option ON in Canon IXUS70 Model


Hi there, my name is Rob and I can help you.

To put the date stamp in a picture do this:
1) Make sure you have the correct date and time set in the camera. To do this:
Push the function/set button. Press the directional button down to select Date and Time.
Push the directional button to the right then down or up to set the date and time. Then press the function/set button to save it.
Then:
2) Push the selector button up to the camera icon, and press function/set. Scroll down to Date Stamp.
Scroll right to turn on the Date and Time Stamp, then up or down to until it says On.
Press function/set when your done.

That is your solution. Remember once the date/time stamp is embedded in a picture, you can't take it out.

Camera won't push lens out when turned on


there was a button on top of the camera, the one that sets the settings, that was in the wrong place. I just changed it and the camera works. Thank!

Setting of time dsc h5


First Press the MENU BUTTON:
Now you will see: Setup>
Use the directional buttons (big round button) on your camera to navigate throught the menus .
RIGHT ARROW PULLS UP > CAMERA 1 MENU and you will have a yellow highlite on the left side.
use the down arrow to select and highlite>SETUP FOLDER #2,
When you have that highlighted push the > RIGHT ARROW to move the HIGHLITE to the next selection.
>USE THE DOWN ARROW and highlite> CLOCK SET > when that is yellow>use the right arrow to get into it and select> OK PRESS ENTER (the little round button inside the arrow buttons.
AND YOU ARE IN THE CLOCK/DATE/TIME SETUP MODE MAKE YOUR CHANGES AND SELECT OK and press the enter button and you are done. Just press the Menu button to exit the menue

How do you reset the camera


under the battery there should be a little button here u might have to use a needle or somethign fine and sharp to reach it, press that. that should help. if it is not there, then it might be under or on top of the camera im not to shore, try to find it, if u cant, please et back to me.

if u want to take the date off all u need to do is to follow these steps

1)turn the camera on. then push the MENU button
2)once the menu screen has come up then go down to the words setup. then click OK to enter into the setup mode
3)Once your in the setup menu then go down to the words that say DATE STAMP then click the OK button and u will enter that
4)when in that it will have things like this YYYY MM DD
MM DD YYYY
DD MM YYYY
and lastly the word OFF will be there
scroll down to the word OFF and click the OK button. then u turn it of then bac on [if u want to test it out]
