Favorite. Sometimes abbreviated as fav, a favorite is a feature found in Microsoft Internet Explorer that allows a user to save the locations to their favorite Internet locations. Similar to Netscape's and Firefox bookmarks.
Finding My Favorites
Click the \"Start\" button.
In the \"Start Search\" text field, type \"Favorites.\"
Under Programs, you will find the Favorites folder. The Favorites Bar folder is located under Favorites and History. The Favorites folder will contain the contents of My Favorites. Click \"Favorites\" to open \"My Favorites.\"
If you have backed up the computer (the entire users folder), your favorites are under users, the name you have for your account, and then favorites. Just copy this list back to the C drive (users, the name you have for your account, and favorites) from your back up. Now all your favorites are back.
hit the blackberry button and then hit show all if it does not show up you may start looking in folders they may have been moved into one by accident. if this has happened then you con move it back to the main menu
Internet Explorer favorites are used to save links to sites that you
want to visit again. Creating a list of favorites allows you to visit
those sites with a single click, rather than having to type the site's
URL each time you want to visit it.
go to View In IE----> Select Toolbards---->Click on the option Customize-----> a new window appears showing the tools or option to be added or removed (try to see whether favourite option is present them and try add to them...)
Can you punch in the channel numbers directly to go to the channels, but just not tune to them with the Channel Up/Down buttons? If so then try tapping the favorite button on the remote until the screen shows "favorite mode off". This mode likes to stay [or perhaps turn] on when you scan for channels, but scanning clears everything in the favorite list except for the channel you are on when you start the scan (so it seems), thus leaving only one or two channels showing up. (This happens whenever I re-scan for digitals.) To pick out favorite channels, go into the channel menu in the tv menu and with "Favorite: Analog" or "Digital" highlighted near the top, hit OK on the remote to toggle favorite status.
