Check
option setting in service mode (system 1 or 2 I not sure) turn off
jpeg option, reboot.. maybe a failed jpeg board if installed or some
other glitch.

Description: Optical cooling fan motor's failure to turn
• The fan lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous period of time while the motor remains stationary.
Causes: Optical cooling fan motor (M202) Scanner relay board (REYB/SCAN) MFP board (MFPB)
Remedy:1 Check the FM201 connector for proper connection and correct as necessary. - - 2 Check the fan for possible overload and correct as necessary. - - 3 M202 operation check REYB/SCAN PJ4-3 (LOCK) P-18 4 Change REYB/SCAN - - 5 Change MFPB
C-D 370 = NVRAM Data multiple errors
C-D 366 = NVRAM Data error
C-D 251 = No JPEG board mounting at JPEG board mount setting
You need some serious firmware re-flash and maybe a new NVRAM chip which house certain counter info for the machine its like you BIO chip on a computer, and or Image control board $$$$$$$$$$$$ Firmware is only available to Konica Minolta Dealerships and KMBS tech, its not drivers but the operating system of the copier and companies protect that via secure servers.

Need a tech to come out and re-flash the copier firmware not the drivers. the firmware is only available thru a secure Konica Minolta server. or the NVRAM CHIP is bad worse case so is the board. And it is C-D370, C-D366, and C-D251 which deals with Image control board. it to mite require its firmware re-flashed.

• JPEG board (Scan accelerator kit) is not mounted when the JPEG board mounting is set ON at Service Mode.
Has this mode been turned on even though no Scan Accelerator board has been fitted? It's an unusual code to get. Has anyone been playing with the settings ?
