Sounds faulty to me, id return it for a new one if i were you. but before you do try updating it, might be a firmware problem. if your unsure how to do that. just go here and install the program.

I lost my charger to my mp3, where can I get a new one that doesn't cost much?

You can charge the MP3 player by connecting the USB cable to the MP3 player and then plug it into the USB port of your computer.

I lost my charger , where can I find another charger in Phoenix Arizona?

Hi,

It is not required to use a charger for charging the NWZ-E438F Walkman Player. You can connect the Player to the Computer using the USB cable for charging the Walkman Player. The charger is not supplied with the Player, however you can purchase the portable charger for the Player.
Recharging Time : USB-based charging Approx. 4 Hrs (full charge), Approx. 2 Hrs (approx. 80%)
The model # of the compatible charger is AC-U501AD and AC-NWUM50. Click here for the link to purchase AC-U501AD and AC-NWUM50
Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.

Thanks for contacting FixYa.

The battery dont charge

Can be that the battery has failed and is not responsive to the charging or that the charging connector is faulty of the charger or finally the charger by itself is defective.
You will need to confirm the charger before the battery can be checked as it involved opening of the player which must be done with care.

No power mp5 i use a cell phone charger in my mp5

What you will need to do when mp3 player does not charge. First use another charger to test if it's the charger is working properly.

And secondly After testing for charger, and still it does not charge, that means the charging port on the mp3 player where the charger is been plugged in is not working properly. You will need to replace the charging port.
Alternately you can charge it from your computer by using USB cable. It automatically charges when connected to a USB port

My fuse wont charge at all. i bought a new charger and still get no charge

Make sure that the USB cable is properly plugged in and use the original cable that came with your player.

Computer in Hibernation mode
Make sure the computer isn't entering hibernation or sleep mode while the device is connected. The computer must be ON in order to charge your player.

USB Port 2.0
Make sure the player is connected to a USB 2.0 port (1.1 occasionally causes charging problems).

USB Port location
Try plugging into different USB ports (i.e. USB port in the back of the computer); occasionally the front USB ports have limited power to charge up the device.

Battery
Make sure the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.

Latest firmware
Depending on what Sansa player you have, make sure it's up to date with the latest Firmware.

AC charger (optional)
AC chargers (sold separately) have a 500-1000 milliamp max output, which provides much better charging ability than a USB port. These accessories are available at SanDisk web site.

My Samsung YP-T9 MP3 Player wont turn on!!

I think holding down menu and the record button at the same time should fix it. I read the best solution and it just turned on. I was having the same problem, mine would not turn on either but just try pressing and holding down the record and menu button for about 5 seconds.

When using USB hookup to computer ,does this also charge the iriver 1lp4 player.

it charges the player when connected to a computer, typically most mp3 players are charged through the usb cable when connected to the computer unless the player has built in wall charger.

Charging pro

I believe the cable is the charger. I have an e250 which charges from the computer. Simply connect the player to the computer using the cable, and when the player is detected by the computer - it is charging!

My friend have a different charger though, but she bought it from the store.

Charging on AC

Hi,
The Charging Voltage Will depend On Your Countrys Existing Supply Voltage. If Your Standard Electrical Current ( In Home ) Is 110v Then You Would Use This.
******* Please Note:- MP3 And MP4 Players, only usually charge at a low current voltage Between 5-12 Volts.
Always ensure That You Have The Correct Adapter/Charging Lead For Your Appliance****
Failure To heed This Advice, Could Lead To Shock Or Fatality.
If you are In Any Doubt, Connect The Device To a PC Or Laptop With A USB Connecting Cable. This Will also Charge The device, as well as Being Able to transfer Data.
