Go the the Lexmark website and download the correct install program (free) for your OS. Follow the directions exactly, specifically NOT plug and play. You will need access information to your router, in order for it to work wireless.
well the primary reason for a communication problem in case of printers is either that the physical connection of the printer is not proper place... or i would recommend you to first uninstall the entire lexmark software...
And then reinstall the software from the Cd's that you recieved with the printer & just make sure that when you start installing the software at that time the printer c able should be disconnected from the system & reconnect the cable only when the software will ask you to connect in the process of reinstalling the software....
