I cant connect laptop with ethernet cable

I assume the LAN adapter driver is installed and is working properly.
The LAN cable maybe faulty.
If the LAN cable is colored red then it is a crossover LAN cable and this is a special LAN cable for connecting two computers together without a network hub or router.
Try a another LAN cable..

It could be that windows networking has become corrupted. Sometimes referred to as the IP stack being corrupted. One fix is to try and replace corrupted files. You will need your windows CD for this operation. open the 'run' prompt by pressing the windows key while at the same time pressing 'R' or click start then run. In the run prompt type 'cmd' this will open a DOS type windows. in there type SFC/scannow. This will start the system file checker, insert your windows disk if it asks for it.

When I turn on the Mini laptop, what does this mean: Realtex RTL8101E/8102E PCI-E Ethernet Controller v1.08 PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, check cable PXE -M0F: Exiting PXE ROM Operating System not...

media test failure like above while
booting means that the problem already solved as long as you can get
into Vista/win7/xp as usual. PXE shown in the massage is
the Ethernet network boot option which you’re not using. There are 4 options you can use for boot up the laptop:
1. Network
2. DVD/CD
3. USB Storage
4. HDD

That was better to use HDD unless you are connected to a LAN then you need to change it to Network

I have a Dell Latitude D420 Laptop It working Well But it has a broadcom netxtreem Network adapter.I cant change its Mac address. How can i Change its Mac Address (Network Address)???

The MAC address is unique to each LAN or wireless card and cannot be changed.
I presume you mean the IP address, this IP address can be fixed by you or can be automatically allocated by the router or the broadband modem to the LAN or wireless card in the computer.
For information on securing and setting up your wireless network, please click on this link and follow my instruction :-

Bluetooth not working

Some more details on when and how this problem developed would be helpful in offering solutions.
When would the lan/blue tooth devices show up in hardrives list?
They are usually in the task bar or network connections.
If so open the network connections from either the task bar- which in your case may not be possible as it sounds that you can not see any lan/wlan icons there- or from start- control panel -network connections and see if there are any lan/wlan/1394 etc listed there but disabled. enable them and try. You will need to usually check the properties box of each to show up on task bar and or if connectivity is present or not. You could also check your computer properties, device manager and see if any devices especially network adapters or other devices listed with yellow warnings and fix them individually.
Hope this helps
