Question about Lite On Televison & Video
Initially, would suggest that cleaning be done. A CD disc cleaner would do the job. Should this be not sufficient, then the unit has to be opened up and cotton buds be used to manually clean the lens inside. Depending on the version/model, some player/writer have two (2) lenses, one for the CD and another for the DVD. There are other models/versions that makes use of a single lens.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
