Question about Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W Laser Printer
If you have already replaced the toner cartridge as you stated, and the lines appear in the exact same locations as they did prior to changing the cartridge, then the problem is most likely the printhead ( laser ) unit.
Now when I say this, it does not necessarily mean the printhead is defective, it may simply be dirty, or have either dust, toner, or paper obstructing the lasers line of site with the photoconductor.
Remove the toner cartridge, use a flashlight to look into the unit, and try cleaning the printhead using compressed ( canned air ) air. Most of the time the obstruction will clear just by this. In some cases, the dirt on the glass is stuck, and must be wiped off with a soft, lintfree cloth, but try the canned air first.
