You might try going to your comm manager which is in your programs list. Once you click on it it will take you to a screen that has 7 diff icons on it. If the one that looks like a phone has an X in the lower right hand corner click on it and it should solve your problem.
**Comm manager can also be axcessed by holding down the button on the left side under the slider bar if settings have not been changed**
From what I'm reading seems to be a few problems with that phone. First try this though http://www.htcamerica.net/support/ppc6800/software-downloads.html Go there and see if you need a ROM update. If you do then hopefully that is your problem. Do you have enough bars when trying to make a call? If you don't have strong enough signal that is what can happen and seems to be a common problem with the phone. Hope this helps and keep me updated. Thanks, Lee
The only security features that I can find that are preinstalled on the one I have are: Voice Print, Call Barring, PIN request, Phone Lock & Fixed Dialing. You can install java programs on these phones, .mpkg files and .lin files, so if the program you are talking about are one of these it would probably work.
hello there ....its quite simple...you need to call the customer care of your network provider and ask them for "MMS Settings"...it is free...just keep the model number of your phone number handy (you will find that on the box in which you got the phone)...or the IMEI number (15 digits mostly) by dialing *#06# on your phone or beneath the battery or on the box near bar code....
that should solve the problem.....
you can also ask the for some free MMS ...many companies promote them....always good to try something for free before you start using it ...lol
hope this help

To setup the dialing properties on the Toshiba Pocket PC, please do the following steps:
Tip on start -> settings
choose the "tab" connections
tip on connections
choose the "tab" dialing Locations
tip on the button "Dialing patterns"
enter your necessary field parameters
disable the "keyboard" in the dialing Locations screen, otherwise the button Dialing patterns is not visible.
Due to the fact that a prefix to dial with a Handy is not necessary, it is a good idea to set all dialing pattern to "G" , which indicates a local number.
If one want to use HCSD or GPRS it is recomended to set this parameters to "G", otherwise dealing will not work.
