Question about Frigidaire ATF6000ES Front Load Washer
I have only used my new washer maybe 6 or 7 times. I put a load in today and it washed them but did not drain or spin them. I can hear a slight hummmm sound and it clicks and tries to drain but then I hear the hummmmmmm sound again and the time runs out. Meanwile the clothes are stilla little sudsy and soaken wet. This washer was not cheap and I need help on what I can do rather then take it back 45 miles away .
Most machines come with transport protection, like spacers or a bar across the top of the machine (inside) that need removing before you use it. It will tell you in the instruction manual about these. Always check this first incase you remove the wrong item/s. If you done this already, then it could be a faulty programmer. I would not try to replace anything yourself while the machine is still under guarantee because the company will refuse to fix it if you have already tried. Contact the company you purchased it from and let them know your problem. They should send out an engineer and you should not have to take it back. If the engineer cannot fix it, it is their duty to replace it and deliver it to your door.
