1. Open the Web browser on your computer or smartphone and navigate to facebook.com/mobile. Log into your Facebook account in the usual way. 2. Click the "Send My Upload Email to Me Now" button on the Facebook Mobile home page. This opens a confirmation window displaying the email address that you registered with Facebook. You can alter the email address if needed by clicking the drop-down menu. Once you've entered you're preferred email address, click the "Send Email" button. Facebook will now email you a personalized upload email address. Whenever you send a video, picture or text to Facebook with this email address, the content of the email will publish to your Facebook account. 3. Check the email inbox on your phone and copy your personalized Facebook upload email address. 4. Create a new email in your phone's email program. Attach the video clip that you want to upload to Facebook. 5. Type a description of the content of the video in the email subject line. Facebook uses the text in the email subject line to caption the video. 6. Enter the personalized Facebook upload email address into the delivery address field. 7. Send the email. This uploads the video and caption to your Facebook account. Like any other posts, this will appear on your Facebook profile and home pages.

Within your picture albums and the photos saved to your card, there should be an 'option' icon that will allow to you to delete pics, move, edit, upload, send, etc. Your target for transferring all pics to the Verizon server is the 'upload' feature. This will allow you to choose pics and upload them to your online albums (Verizon Picture-mail server).
You may be limited on the # of pictures you can upload at one time. Good luck. Hope this helps!
If you have the music on your computer you can send it in a message to the phone and then open the message and apply it as "use as ring tone". Or if you have an old phone that allows you to down load it to the phone directly, then you can send it from that phone in a message to the other phone, open and apply as "ring tone".
if you have an external memory card you can try putting it in a card
reader and dragging the songs to the card if not plug the cable to your
phone and computer and then go to start and then my computer and your
memory card for your cell should read like an thumb drive it should say
something like removable disk. (don't worrie about the software for
the phone you don't need it to do this) once you open the removable
disk the just find your music you like and either drag and drop it in
that folder or you can right click and click on send to that removable
disk and there ya go. let me know if this helped you.
