I got my mp3 about two months ago its a mp620-4g it came with a card with 35 free songs my husband threw it away not knowing i needed is there away to still get those free downloads with out the card?

Every card includes a unique code that is required in order to get the free songs. Maybe you can call customer service and report a lost card along with the serial number of your mp3, and then they might recover the code for you.

When i try to download songs onto it it keeps sayng that it needs to be formatted then we format it and try to downoad it it has a loading bar and says download complete but when i check to see if the song...

it has been infected with virus. You need to format it and scan with a good updated antivirus. After which you can now put back your songs back but make sure the songs are virus free. Goodluck.

I have 2gig apple ipodand would like to import songs to my HP lap

First of all i didnt report a problem on a 'ipod video 30gb black......its a 2gb silver nano....and based solely on this one email, i'd be more comfortable simply buying another ipod rather than dealin with maybe this,or try that.......hell i could've already bought a new one and installed the music in this length of time......at some point you would think that these 2 systems would be a little more end user friendly and ya wouldn't need an IT degree to do basic stuff.....oh wait, sorry i drifted off into fantasy land....anyhow thanks for your concerns about my problem.Good luck!

Reads Bad Track

If you changed the name of the song then thats the problem just simply change its name back to the original.

If thats not the problem then just delete the song or it will mess your sansa up and download it again for free with limewire

My Samsung YP-T9J MP3 will not play downloaded songs

if you have a error message license error, it means song is not properly authorized to be shared. is this "downloaded song", are they on mp3 format? if they are, try using windows media player, then synch it with the mp3 player. hope this helps!

My ipod won't play songs I bought from itunes, and it won't let me download new ones.

Unfortunately, if you did not back up your music, the songs cannot be recovered. iTunes allows for one download of a song purchased.

Mp3/mp4 player

Hi, Go to my computer, right click removable disk, format it using file 32 method, then wait for the process to complete. It will report back that format is completed. You will then have to transfer your music again, and it should be ok. If it continues, maybe your songs are protected. If this is the case, try to deselect protection on the windows media.
