Blank screen the charging light is the only thing flashing. there is no time or date on the screen

Your watch is solar powered, so I think it isn't charged lately. At a low charge, the watch goes into saving mode by switching off the display (while keeping the time, date, etc.). To charge the watch leave it in a brightly lit spot for a day or two. That should be enough to make the watch function as normal again.

Hello there.

As you can see in the picture, it takes some time to charge the watch up 100%. If you are charging the watch indoors, then it will take 126 hours. The best thing to do would be leave it in sunlight for up to 6hours and the charge should come back fine.

It's not the battery. It maybe the TM0501 board. GUCCI will charge you $450 to fix.

From your description the solar cell charges the battery and keeps it topped up. I think the rechargeable battery is the problem because when the screen goes blank the battery level drops to low and the LCD blanks out which would explain the intermittent operation of the watch. I think it is worth getting it checked out with an estimate.

you press down on the two buttons on the right as hard as you can until it shows the time settings. It took me a long time to figure it out but i was super excited once I got to set mine xD Hope that helps!

Use the top right button to scroll through the numbers, and push the bottom right button to set the number. After you set the time, then the date screen will show with the watch's current date, with the month number flashing. Same buttons do the same thing here.

Set time time / date

Press and hold B (Mode) untill alarm hours flash
Press D (Alarm) to advance these
Press B (Mode) again, seconds will flash,
press D (Alarm) to advance these
Press C (Date), minutes flash, press D to advance these
Press C again, hours flash, press D to advance these

SET TIME:
1. Activate Crystal
2. Tap center of screen until digital time comes up
3. Press and hold top button (+) until watch beeps, display will be flashing
4. Use + and – key to adjust time. If several hours off, hold appropriate key and
after first hour passes, only the hour hand will move.
5. Make sure the digital display shows A or P for AM or PM
6. When finished, touch center of screen again.

SET DATE:
1. Activate Crystal
2. Tap center of screen until date appears
3. Press and hold top + button until watch beeps and display flashes.
4. Use + and – buttons to change date to correct one.
5. Make sure to set time first, if you set date first, you run the risk of the date
changing at noon rather than midnight.

Time and Location
If you hold in the light, start and the reset button for a few seconds a screen will appear with the 12h or 24 h clock setting and also the date and country.

Once you have that screen if you press the mode button it will move over the date and clock etc then you just press the reset button and start button to choose the date and time.

Once you have changed the date and time to the correct date press the light button, start button and reset button and it will save the settings.
