Question about JVC KD-LH7R CD Player
The magazine is stuck in my 12 disc changer in my 2002 Corvette Convertible. It powers on, and I can hear the magazine trying to load and unload, but nothing is happening. The unit was playing fine this morning, but about 30 to 40 minutes into the trip it quit. I thought it might be moisture so I turned it off for several hours, and it still does not work. How can I remove the disc cassette?

I had this problem on my 2001 Corvette. I took the whole thing out, took off the cover and was able to get the jammed cartridge out by carefully pulling the stuck tray out of the carriage and then removing the entire carriage. Check to make sure your individual trays are not warped. Mine continued to work without problems for about three months and then it happend again. Another thing you can do is not to load a disk in the last (#12) slot. I think it's the one that gets stuck.
