Question about Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 Webcam
I put the cd in it started, ran for about 4 minutes now it is idle and has beend for 45 minutes, never got to the prompt to plug in web cam, please help
The best advice I can give you is to start all over again. For some reason your computer is not running the disk. Go to my computer if that doesn't help and select the drive that the disk is in, double click it and tell the computer to do the appropriate thing which is in this case to run the disk. Sometimes your operating system may be too old or too new. Make sure you are running a windows application(for pc) or mac on your computer that is compatible with the disk for your web cam. Hope this helps, if not contact me again.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
