The best advice I can give you is to start all over again. For some reason your computer is not running the disk. Go to my computer if that doesn't help and select the drive that the disk is in, double click it and tell the computer to do the appropriate thing which is in this case to run the disk. Sometimes your operating system may be too old or too new. Make sure you are running a windows application(for pc) or mac on your computer that is compatible with the disk for your web cam. would see if you have enought memery to run or for some reason your mic is turned off click on the mic icron and make sure it is not off ,didyou down load then hook up camera or did you have it hooked up before you down loaded it you might just need to unplug cam and remove program and reinstall it then reboot system then plug back in cam ok try this if all else fails go to the website and type in logitech,com/support then put in cam type and product number see if your problem is found there and if so it will tell you what steps to take to fix it
