-   Yes, HAD the same problem. Are you using Nuevasync for Exchange Server? This is what fixed it for me - for now at least:

I fixed the freezing issue without resetting all phone settings. Steps I took:
1. Turn on airplane mode.
2. Change nuevasync password on the website.
3. Try to delete exchange account on iphone. It will freeze.
4. Restart iphone.
5. Delete exchange account on iphone.
6. Turn off airplane mode.
7. Add nuevasync account to iphone using the new password.

Actually, putting it into flight mode, it still "freezes", but before I got to # 4. it had actually FINALLY removed the activesync account. I rebooted the phone, to be sure, and had changed the Nuevasync password meanwhile (don't know if it meant anything), and then I entered the Nuevasync exchange data again. It took a few minutes to resync all the calendar data, so far so good! The question is now ... will it LAST now, or freeze again soon?
