What exactly is the error code on your machine, and if you replaced some of the fuser parts already you might have pinched the ribbon cable by the fuser

P2015 buzzing noise

It is a noise like a drill machine? First check the total counter. You will find the counter written on the Configuration Page. If the counter is near 80.000 - 100.000 I think there is a problem with the Fuser and main gear drive. Lower Pressure Roller has 2 bushings, on left and right. The bushing in the right (where is located the gear) it is worn-out. Because of this, the gear from the pressure roller apply pressure on another gear (gear 27T) and worn-out that too. So you will need tot replace the fuser and main drive. This is a big investment... if you want tot repair it on low cost, you will buy only the fixing film, the bushing and the gear 27T and do it yourself (it's not recommanded for someone who don't have technical skills).

Sharp mx2600n service code l4-16

Your machine has automatic fusing pressure. A gear on the front side of the fuser meshes with a motor gear on the inside front of the machine. Somehow this has gotten jammed or reversed. Shutting off main power without powering down from the op panel first may have caused the problem. you will need to take out the fuser, check the pressure gear for cracks, and make sure the cleaning bar roller is resting on top of the fuser roller and not jammed underneath. The flag triggering the pressure photosensor may also be in the wrong position. You will have to turn the gear until the gap is widened between the two fusing rollers before you put it back into the machine. There is a screw on the front side holding the fuser up against the pressure motor.

Paper jam in HP printer p3005n printer in between paper sensor+fuser assembly & toner

These printers have a problem with the bushings on the fuser, as they wear the gear drive moves away and you nolonger have drive to the fuser. HP has a kit, you replace the fuser and the gear driving it. At the same time, you should also replace the feed roller, both are simple to do with a phillips screw driver.

Brother mfc 9880 fax/copier makes grinding noise and has paper jams

Probably a broken Hot Roller gear in the fuser. The fuser is the section in the back, that presses the print between a pair of hot rollers to melt the powdered toner into the paper, making the image permanent. That combination of heat and pressure makes the fuser vulnerable to breakage in any laser printer or copier. The HR (hot roller) gear is a ring around one end of the heated roller, and it sometimes breaks apart.
The MFC 9880 isn't listed on Brother's US service website, so I can't tell you whether you need to buy a whole fuser assembly or just that gear.

Ricoh CL 7100 fuser jam.

The grinding noise is the clashing of gears. The fuser is composed of 2 rollers, a metal or ceramic with a heater inside (bulb) and a silicon roller to apply pressure. The 'hot' roller is geared and the silicon roller can be geared or free floating. There is at least 1 paper sensor in the the fuser to let the unit know whether paper is there and there when it should or should not be. Sometimes, the sensor gets slightly dislodged and can actually cause a jam. If you are hearing a gear clash, the paper is being pushed through the machine and instead of being pushed through the fuser, it stops because the fuser rollers are not turning. The rest of the machine keeps pushing, crinkling the paper.
If there is crinkling, then gears that drive the fuser need to be checked. It is this gear cluster and/or the fuser that need to be replaced.

Panafax uf 8000

You have a broken FUSER GEAR, very expensive to get repaired because the entire machine must be torn down to the frame.

If you get it repaired, you might just as well get an entire new fuser. Estimate $500-$600.

Xerox Workcentre XD100 Accordion Jam After A Few Copies

What is most likely happening is the pressure and heat roller bearings and bushings are very gummed up.
When you remove a the fuser when its cold, try turning the heat roller gear, I would assume it is very very tight to spin.
What you can do it take the fuser apart, soak the pressure ( soft roller) roll bearings in some alcohol and then clean the heat roll ( aluminium) roller bushings and the end of the heat roll. Make sure you lubricate with some silicon lube the ends where the pressure roll mounts into the small holes in the nip fingers. That should help.
You can call a business called , ( you can google, The Parts Drop) and talk to Britt there. I am pretty sure he has the bearings for that machine. I don't work there, just have done business with them for years and they are top knotch.
You probably want to replace the gear also. Sometimes it can look really good, but be worn just enough to cause a problem.
Make sure you take a real good look at the condition of the rollers before you spend money replacing small parts, so that you don't wind up replacing 40 or so dollars worth of parts only to find out you do need the entire fuser.

HP Laserjet 4100 series , paper jam output tray.( on top of the printer ). The roller under the topcover is turning the wrong way. The paper can't get out of the printer, and jams between the upper roller...

Hi F_bulsara,
First thing to try is to flip the paper over in the input tray. There are 2 sides to paper. One side may curl a bit too much due to heat of the fuser and get caught near the output rollers.

Unless the Output Assembly was assembled wrong, it is impossible for the rollers to turn the wrong way. The gear in the fuser drives the output assembly. The top rollers are rolling out.
If the rollers are not rolling, then one of the gears must be broken or missing. The output rolllers might need cleaning.

Next check the fuser unit. Disconnect power to printer and turn printer round. Remove the back output tray and the two small covers (left and right). Undo the 2 screws that hold the fuser in place. Pull the fuser out. Check the gears on side of the fuser. A broken gear in the fuser could cause this problem.

What you can try is just replacing the fuser drive gear and the bushings on the heat roller.
That small tube your relating to is the heat roller. The plastic like busings are really tight not allowing it to move freely.
Not the easiest fuser to rebuild to be honest. You will also want some high temperature lubricant to use on those bushings and also on the pressure roll shaft to make that roller run smoother.
Clean it well and be sure it is running free.
You need to look at the heat roll and presure roller carefully to check for wear and grooves. If they are worn, you will be better off replacing the fuser then trying to rebuild it.
I will provide you the link to an excellent parts source, click on parts then the scroll down tot the XD125, They have about everything you want for that fuser.
If you call ask for Britt..
