All of my voltage come up (110,210,17,-24,+24v)but they shutdown in seconds.self dianois give me error 23.please help. thanks

Hi.

They get shut down by the protection circuit, after a fault gets detected. Only the low (+5V usually) stays on.

Error and details depend on TV make and model. Tell me the model, possibly details on fault and diagnostic used, and I'll see if I can tell you something more on er.23.
