danger , smoke can be 2 causes, a filthy oven or wires melting or both or see below. too.
do not run it, like that get it repaired, and cleaned fully
The electrics at 240vdc can be lethal if gets out of hand, wiring shorts. The oven needs to be DeGreased, I bet ,first, no fun job that.
this oven has huge vent and screen that must be cleaned
or will backup smoke from cooled meat.
the blower must blow and the screen 35 must clean and the vent not blocked to where it goes. IDK. (installers choice)
