Question about iRiver T10 MP3 Player
I have had my IRiver MP3 player for about 9 months. During that time, it's worked fine. However, I've recently been having problems. It will only play for a short time. After a short period of maybe 1 minute or less, it stops playing. The audio never outlasts the LCD display; i.e., the LCD screen goes dark at the same time that the audio stops. It will not re-start immediately. However, after letting it sit for a while, it will re-start, but again, it only plays for a short time. I have noticed that if I hit any of the buttons on the front (volume, forward/previous, or NAVI/MENU buttons) while it is playing, it automatically goes to the playback mode display.
Try to re-format it. on player go to settings, then advanced then format. select format, say yes and it should reboot. if that doesn't work you need to upgrade the firmware. got to iriveramerica.com, support, ultra portabale support and download firmware updater software.
