Question about Sony Network Walkman NW-E005 MP3 Player
Today I recorded a .wav file on my player and than the problems started. I can't turn it on because it seems to be loading while turning on and player is unable to finish this process, so the loading doesn't go on. So I tried to reset it. Reset didn't help. Then I connected my mp3 to the computer, but battery wasn't low. In a folder called 'Record' file that I recorded have some problem, because when I tried just to delete it, computer reports that the operation of deleting hadn't been successful and mp3 had turned off (but it's still charging). How to delete it? I can't make a format, unless the mp3 will turn on. Please, help me!
This sounds like you need an upgraded firmware. Because so mp3 players get bugs and they need an upgrade. The sony website may also be able to give you a factory restore. Its were they return the player to its oringle format and it will also delete any songs or any data on it.
