The problem should be with the main power supply board.
first remove the main power cord of your tv from the electric outlet and attach it to some other power outlet and check .if it gives the same problem then.........

1)check the fuse on the main board .may be that fuse had blown, so you r facing this problem.if the fuse is blown replace it.it looks like mini tube light in shape and made up of thin delicate glass.
2)check the blown capacitor or bulged/leaked capacitor on the main board.if there are such capacitors check on the main board and replace them.
3)also check out any burnt ICs on the main board.if there are any replace them.
4)also check for any short tracking on the main board .if the circuit gets cut due to short tracking this problem could occur.

this all can only be done if the main board is removed after opening the tv.
it can be done by yourself if you have technical knowledge in using multimeters and soldering irons.
or it would be very dangerous to do without any technical idea.do not touch any internal part of the tv main power supply board when the power is ON the result could be fatal and its very risky.

thanks

If you are good with electronics, you may have to open the back and check the connection that goes from the circuit board to the lamp and see if it is broken. You might have to re-solder it. If it is, or you are not that good with electronics, see if it is still under warranty so that it can be fixed free at a shop. You still might need to get it checked up by a profession.

Blinking is a trouble code. Try unpluging for a longer time then hold power button in when pluging back in to try and reset.
