Question about HP LaserJet 2550Ln Printer
I put brand new ink and toner and printer is printing off. Lots of magenta and faded on the left side? what do I do?
When installing new cartridges, it's always a great idea to perform a cleaning and recalibration of the machine. Below are the steps needed to do just such a task. You may want to print these out or save them somewhere for future reference as well. They are directly from the HP website.

This unit needs an imaging drum and to be calibrated. It should automatically calibrate after installing the new drum. You may have to "run off" a few dozen pages after the new drum is installed to remove any excess toner that remains.
