The motor has a label on it that will give the connections. For a 240V circuit, you should be connecting to the two screw terminals in the back of the motor and a ground to the green screw.

My motor has black, white, and brown wires coming out of it. I had sketched the connections but left it out in the rain and now don't know how to hook it up.

Are these the wires that come from a power source to the motor?
Which are called Line wires.
if these are Not Line wires, then they are the motors internal wires, and you could be out of luck? You will need the manufacturers wiring diagram.
If they are Line wires, then simply... Get a multimeter, turn power on, and test each wire to ground. This will tell you if and which each wires is line/hot or not.

Where can I find a Wiring diagram for hayward super II PUMP AND BOOSTER PUMP to new t106 intermatic and existing t104 for the booster?

Not sure if you will find such a diagram...
New installation?
Do the pumps have their own breaker?
Is your Super II pump a 2 speed?
What is the Thermostat for? Do you have a heater that you are trying to connect, so that the pump will come on when there is a demand for heat? Not really sure what the T-stat is mentioned for here?
You still only need to have 2 timers if I'm not missing something?
The T-106 will be for the Super II pump (presuming it is a 2 speed version) It will turn hi speed, on & off. or switch between them rather. I think I see why you may be inferring about a 3rd timer? You don't want to have pump running on "Low" speed continually. If so, Then you will need a 3rd timer (T-104) to provide power as Line to the T-106. The other T-104 will be for the booster pump for your cleaner.
The power for the Super II pump from the breaker will go to the 1st T-104 as "Line". Then from the Load portion of that timer, you will wire into the Line portion of the T-106. Following the instructions from the diagram at this website address for a PDF document:
http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/Intermatic/Documentation/Time%20Switches/Mechanical%20Time%20Switches/24%20Hour/T100%20Series/T106R%20Instructions.ashx
you will complete the wiring to the Super II pump via the "Load" side of the T-106
The 2nd T-104 (pool sweep pump) will be wired: from the breaker to the "Line" portion of the timer. From the Load portion of the timer, you wire to the booster pump.

Good Luck

Pool pump breaker tripping

1) Not likely the timer is problem, unless there was fire or overheating in timer box. Use nose and eyes to inspect for signs of high heat.

2) Eliminate timer as suspect:
Move wires on timer to test if timer relays have gone bad.
Move terminal 4 to terminal 3
Move terminal 2 to terminal 1
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html#T104

3) Check watt rating of Hayward pump, and voltage.
1Hp motor at 240Volt draws 8 amp, and can draw 6 to 8 times that amount when starting. Up to 100 feet, should be at least 12 gauge wire and double-pole 20 amp breaker. Over 100 feet, 10 gauge wire and 30 amp double-pole breaker is best.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Color-codewire.html#motor

4) Intermatic T104 240V timer is rated 40 amps
Can safely handle 1 Hp motor without nearing heat-rating capacity of timer

5) Make sure the motor is wired correctly for 240Volts.
If motor is wired for 120, and 240 is applied, then tripped breaker can result.

I write complete answers, and know the GE timer line.

Aug 2011, Jasco does not show a manual for 15351 timer.

They show 120V 15350, which is identical to 120V 15306.

That makes me believe that 240Volt GE15351 is identical to 240V GE15307.
BUT the 15351 might be a DPST with NO and NC terminals >>> add a comment if your instructions say anything about NO NC terminals.

If 15351 and 15307 are identical, then your wiring is 100% correct, assuming you connected hot leads to terminals L and 1.
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/GE-15307-wiring-250.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15306

Checking details:
1) You checked that terminals L and 1 are not connected by a brass bridge.
The 120Volt timer comes with a brass bridge across L and 1
2) Timer mechanism is attached to enclosure with 2 screws. Remove timer mechanism from enclosure, and compare back of your timer with following image to confirm timer is DPST.
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/IMG_9334-GE15307-500.jpg
3) Test 10-3 wire from breaker box. Test each wire to bare ground to confirm the hot wires. Then test each hot wire to other wire to confirm neutral wire. Tape tester leads to wood sticks to keep hands away from power and stand on dry boards.
4) Read nameplate on motor to make sure it is single-speed 240Volt.
5) IF motor is 2-speed, then look at wiring diagram and then add a comment with that information.
6) If pump motor trips breaker when connected directly, then pump might be shorted out. Double check wiring diagram on pump.

7) Take photos of problem. Post photos on flickr. Then add a comment with links to photos so I can see wiring diagrams, for possible help.

Installing a outdoor timer t104m this is for the pool cleaner, need wireing instruction.next to pool pump timer.

Open following link for wiring diagrams and manual.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-T104-Intermatic-timer.html

240Volt T104 can be wired many different ways.
What is the significance of 'next to the pool pump timer?'
Are you getting power off the 240V pool pump timer to operate the new T104? This is perfectly fine. The pool pump wires would bring power from the breaker box.
Is the new T104 going to control 120Volt lights? The timer can do that, it just has to be wired correctly.
In any case, the T104 has 240Volt (or 277V) clock motor, and clock will not operate with 120V

If you add specific details, I can help with exact wiring diagram for your project.

Pentair WhisperFlo Wiring Help

If you just bought this then there will be a diagram on the motor nameplate and/or under the terminal cover where you connect the wires. Generally speaking, there are two wires inside the motor that change positions depending on 115 or 230 v connection. If one of the wires is on a post common to one of the line leads, that usually means you have the motor set for 115V. Is that the voltage you are supplying to the motor? If there is no diagram you can make out on the motor, post what brand motor and the motor model number for a diagram.

Timer doesn't run; should I wire the arrow shown in some way?

the arrows mean that it goes on to what its controlling. the ones that don't have arrows are the ones that the line or hot wires hook to.

that means u hook the wires going to ur pump to the ones with the arrows and the wires coming to the timer hook to the other ones.
