This is most probably cause by one or more Faulty Electrolytic Capacitors, I find these are the MOST commonest form of "Fault" in these LCD's TFT's units. I ususally simply replace "On Spec" all High Value Electros, in fact ALL Electro's are suspect and often I just "Shotgun" and replace 'em all. Usually fixes all problems. Always use High Temperature Caps.

These transistors short due to deterioriated solder joints on the leads of the transformers. Unless you resolder the connections you will have shorted transistors again.

I had the same problem and found that Q808, Q809 and Q805 had failed and which if left long enough can also cause PF801 to fail. I also replaced all of the electrolytic capacitors during the rebuild as it was only a few dollars to do so.
Although in my case Q815, Q816 and Q812 were fine I suspect that they may also fail in time.
Here are the parts which should be available at most electronic stores or online.
Q808 & Q809 - 2SC5707
Q805 - IRFU9024N
PF801 - 3 AMP PICO FUSE
