the program appears to be malfunctioned it may be corrupted try reinstalling it or repair if it has an option when running the setup

Hello. Some softaware used some unique datafrom your computer to generate licence key for the software (like HARD DRIVE serial number or motherboard serial number) and if your licence is generated by this algorhytm then your licence will be not valid anymore. You will need to contact software manufacturer and ask them about that. I hope this will help you :)
