I-mate. Contact name will not display w/incoming calls if saved w/ country code!

Hi. I have an i-mate PDAL and if a contact is saved with +country code, city code and number and the incoming call is local (Lebanon), the name will not display (only the area code & number will display).

Note that in lebanon, if the city code is only one digit, a "0" prefix must be added when dialing, but if it is 2 digits, no need to add a "0" and the caller ID will display the numbers accordingly but NO NAME... but if you dial the +Country Code, you must not dial the "0" prefix or the call will fail...

now, if I save the contact as per the calling requirements but without the +Country Code, then the NAME will display OK while local but not if I am overseas... Please Help!
