Cd player error

so is this a stock RAD/cd?
stock JBL 6 disk player in dash>? or? what? name and model #
mp3 and wma format. but not DVD
or
JBL premium 4-disc in-dash CD changer
io the single disc player, 3 kinds sold. new.

and now comes the big question.
TELLS where you got the disk, or name it, or tell how it was made if home made. we dont know that.

is said CD a CDDA? or not. (always try CDDA first)
is CD a real music disc. from a real store, CDDA, is that.
or CDR, or DVDr, or CDRW, or other record-able media
is music MP3? files.
see, the old units dont play modern media.

try 2 real discs, not scratched.
do they play?
one other way, is to name the radio, brand, like JBL then get the
p/n off it. (hard) then look up the product data sheet on it,
bingo, what it can and can not do is there.

but this does it all, mostly
does what yours will not do.

" Wrong Region " error displayed while trying to play DVD's

Hi,

Most branded DVD's have a country code programmed in it.
There is no code to reset it.
It is better you buy a local chines make kinda dvd palyer. It will play all and comes cheap.

You have to use blank CD-R Audio or CD-R Music CD's in a home CD recorder. It will not record on data disc media but it will play almost and CD with CD Audio music on it.

Cd does not play

Does the radio work? If not, make sure the volume is up. If so, the speakers are not blown. Return your product.

Rover 25 CD player wont play MP3 format discs

It sounds like your Rover dosn't have MP3 capabilities. You will have to use standard audio CD format (not data/MP3 format). You will only be able to burn about 15-20 songs but they will play in any cd player.

Error message M506

I also had this problem and thought my music players were broken. The media players displayed the songs as 00:00:00 even when the file info read that it took up space and had a song length. The music player displayed that m506 error message.

I looked through forms for an answer, and I noticed I didn't try messing with one thing: THE BATTERY.

Try taking the battery out of your phone and putting it back in. It worked for me! My music players work again!

DVD playback problems

Did you buy these DVD's out of the country? Are they burned? did you pick English and the United States of America when you set up the dvd player? Try unplugging the player for an hour, plugging in and resetting everything up
