The crack on the screen could have led to the problem. To leaving it unrepaired, anything could have slipped inside. Now that the screen on the inside it being tampered with, the screen went out. The only thing you can do s unscrew it and put it back together. That would reset the screen, but other wise, you need to buy another.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My problem is this: when i pluged in the sansa and donwalded the disk nothing happened. I mean it loaded succesfuly and everything but when i try to load my music it doesnt show up on the table to where...

you will have to probably go to their website and download the latest drivers for it. Then go to my computer, and you should see your sansa drive and folder. You can drag and drop songs into this folder, or you can try and sync with windows media player.

I have a sansa clip mp3 player and I lost the disk???

It should be recognized by your computer. I did a search for drivers and they are not needed for this model.
For music, After the computer has recognized it has been plugged in. Start, My Computer, and it should show up in there as (my sansa or sansa clip) something along those lines.
You may open it and drag your music files into the accroding folders inside the device.
OR You may use Windows Media Player 11 to Sync to your Mp3 Player. The Sansa Clip has problems with Windows Media Player 10 so i would reccomend using Media Player 11 to sync.
For future help or more questions please comment,
I hope this has helped :)

Musik file doesnt show

Change your USB mode to Auto in the Settings menu of your Sansa player, and see if the folder will reappear. Here is a link to your user's manual if you need help seeing what I am talking about:

Check the backlight settings in the menu - yes, cracked screen would definitely cause such a problem
