when you say you've tried everything ;)

    Have you tried:

-a new lead from the back of the xbox to the tv?
-the same xbox on a different TV?
-Making sure that if you're using AV or SCART that you're looking at the right channel on the TV?

    Also:
Is this an xbox or an xbox360?

If using a 360 make sure if you have hdtv or a non hdtv that you check the switch on the av cord and leave accordingly to your tv type also make sure you have your tv on the correct input if using 360 or original xbox

Wireless signal being fully picked up by xbox but still cannot join xbox live .xbox says test failed even though all bars are showing full wireless signal

It could be a problem with the xbox not being allowed through the router's firewall. You can check/remedy this by opening a "port," that, if it is the case, is currently close, blocking the xbox's connection to the internet. To do this, check out this site :
192.168.1.1 It should bring you to your router's page, where you can open/close ports. You can also try following this tutorial for instructions.
Good luck!

My xbox cuts on abut wont connect

I'm thinking bad AV cable or bad port on your TV. I assume the Xbox dash board won't come up, if so the "no signal" message is a TV error message not an Xbox error message.

Try a different port on the TV and/or a different TV; also try a different AV cable.

Good luck. Please rate, thanks.

Xbox 360 not sending audio/video signal. Tested on 3 different TVs with both the AV cables and the HDMI cable, no red rings, everything seems to work, just no video or sound.

If your Xbox 360 does not have display you need to stop the heat getting to the chips. You can actually do this yourself as many have in this forum using the recommended Xbox 360 Repair guide.

Basically the guide will show you how to stop the heat build up with videos and household items, of course if you are in doubt send it in.

It has a preview video on the website.

Or of course you can send it in to have it fixed.

Xbox 360 won't show cuz of s-video

Follow the steps below, Hope this helps

1. Try another Av cable ( Audio video Cable )

2. Try another television

3. If the steps dont work, call xbox customer support to have your xbox serviced. Good Luck! hope your console still has warranty

The main reason why its acting that way its possible that the AV PORT is faulty or its your cables..

Xbox 360 wireless

There should have been an instruction manual that came with your wireless adapter. But anyways, you may be connected to a password protected router and need to put in the password via the dashboard. I'm pretty sure you would goto network settings and then select the network you'd want to connect to.
