Problem for Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router

AT&T fiber optic install WRT54G on Mac

I need basic instructions for installing onto a Mac. I have a direct line working on DHCP with built in ethernet but cannot get the router to work. The Mac and router do communicate via the 192.etc connection

You have to check the ENDS of both CONNECTIONS, because with my Experence, that is where I find the Problem, not on the Router, 192.? give me full details, can you show me picture of the connections, close up ZOOM
