I have worms and trojans so how do i reboot

I do not understand your question. If you have worms and trojans, rebooting is not going to fix them. You need to run anti-virus / anti-spyware / anti-malware software to fix these problems. There are numerous free solutions AVG and Comodo are two I recommend to my customers. AVG is less comprehensive but requires less user intervention to install and use. Comodo provides comprehensive protection but includes a firewall you need to setup and will ask lots of questions during computer use.

Trojan virus on compaq presario sr1303wm how can i reboot this computer.

I would suggest before you go through the laborious task of reinstalling your os, just give this a shot. It may not be a very malicous virus, to find this out run system restore, go back at least a week before the virus showed it self of was detected. If after reboot the bad issue remains. You have a couple of options. Reinstalling os is one, however if the virus has embedded itself in your BIOS you will need to wipe out your hard drive and reformat or buy another hdd.

I have an hp laptop which has a trojan virus and will no alow me to do anything. Do i have to pess alt F10 to start reboot as i do on my sons acer

hopefully you have an anti virus/spyware programme installed, if so keep pressing F8 on boot up to get you into safe mode, this will not allow the trojan to run.

When you get the list on screen choose safe mode, then when windows starts, choose the administrator account, go straight to my computer>properties>system restore tab, and turn off system restore.

Run your anti virus programme and then when the trojan is found and then reboot pc, then turn system restore back on.
