Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

1 Answer

I have been trying to complete the application form to claim a SansDisk Sansa MP3 Player Clip 4GB as I purchased a printer with the promotion, however, it won't accept the Codes from the cartridge boxes - they are as follows: C9352A, C9351A, C6656A Please help as I only bought this product on 24 October 2008 because of the MP3 promotion. Thanks. Suzanne

Call the company from which you purchased the cartridges, and they can direct you to a place that can tell you about the rebate.

I would order it directly from Sansdisk by calling them. I tried many different USB adapters on this Sansa Clip, and the only one that worked was the proprietary cable. Expensive, but effective.

Have you tried updating your Windows Media Player to number 11? this has the drivers for SansaClip. Go to windows website, download WMP 11 and then plug in Sansa and uyour computer should recognise it. Good luck.

Uninstall all the Sansa software completely, and then reinstall it either from the CD or the Sandisk website.

Sandisk sansa clip 4gb

Plug it into computer, and pray that it works. Sandisk no longer has the driver on their website - this player is completely obsolete - you MIGHT find a driver website listed in the solutions section, but generally I have found most "Driver" websites to be fake sites - sry
