Question about JVC KD-G720 CD Player

Setting the time on car stereo/cd player

Bought this car and it has this stereo in it, have every other manual except for one on how to change the time...can you help, the model numbers that we can find are KD-LH1000 and KD-LH2000...Help Please..Thanks

Changing the general settings
(PSM)
You can change the items listed on the next page
by using the PSM (Preferred Setting Mode) control.
• The PSM items are grouped into five
categories—“Disp (display),” “Clock,” “Tuner,”
“Color,” and “Audio.”
Basic Procedure
1 Press and hold SEL (select) for more
than 2 seconds so that one of the PSM
items appears on the display.
(See page 23.)
The currently selected
category is shown on the
left side of the display.
2 Press 5 (up) or ∞ (down) repeatedly
until your desired PSM category
appears on the left side of the
display.
3 Select the PSM item you want to
adjust.
4 Adjust the PSM item selected.
5 Repeat steps 2 to 4 to adjust the other
PSM items if necessary.
6 Finish the setting.
To set clock—Clock Hr, Clock Min
You can set the clock using the PSM control.
1 Press and hold SEL (select) for more than 2
seconds so that one of the PSM items appears
on the display.
2 Press 5 or ∞ repeatedly until “Clock” is selected
as the PSM category (it is shown on the left side
of the display).
3 Press ¢ or 4 to select “Clock Hr
(hour).”
4 Turn the control dial to adjust the hour.
5 Press ¢ or 4 to select “Clock Min
(minute).”
6 Turn the control dial to adjust the minute.

5.) Press "fastforward-arrow up" or "fastbackward-arrow down" button to select “Clock Min
(minute).”

6.) Turn the control dial to adjust the minute.

7.) Press SEL (select) to finish the setting.

    My battery died in my car so i had to change it so now my stereo is in safe mode ! I bought the car used and it did not come with the manual will you please help me get the code for my car


    The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
    First remove the radio from the dashboard.
    Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or stamped in the metal casing.
    This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

    you need to take it to a actual toyota dealer and give them you care vin number and they will give you the code. you can even call toshiba . check to see if you got a manual with the car the code will be in there let e know if that helped

    Hi :) On the back or top of the radio there is a stick with a model number and a serial number and a security number I need the security number to give you the code so if anybody needs the code give the serial and the security number with your question.

    try going to a stereo store that sells kenwood and see if the can remove the code for you.

    there is a small hole on the right side of the face of the stereo press it with a tooth pick the numbers will flash use the I think scan to change time.
