Computer doesn't work with monitors, yet turns on properly (Not a monitor problem)

The usual problem with a completely blank screen, even with known working monitors is the graphics card. Relatively easy to put right with a new graphics card unless the graphics is built into the motherboard. This can be checked by looking on the back of the computer. Is the video outlet grouped with the keyboard, mouse etc sockets or separate from these. If it is with these the graphics card is built into the motherboard and would be uneconomic to do anything with unless the board takes a separate card. If you want to try a separate or different graphics card, make sure you get the correct interface, PCI, AGP, PCIe etc etc

How many MB or GB graphic built in intel DH55TC mother board? i mean to say how many graphic are built in intel DH55TC mother board?

The motherboard has a built-in graphics card and it uses shared RAM. It uses part of the main RAM memory and the main computer memory is reduced by the amount of RAM the graphics card grabs.
You can limit the amount of RAM the graphics card used by configuring the graphics RAM in the BIOS configuration.

I got a graphics problem with my HP Pavilion ZD8000 Notebook (lots og pixel garbage all across the screen to where I can barely see anything). Since the graphics are built-in, I'm told that I need to...

they are right about the graphics being built in and it is a motherboard replacement. However check a few things first
Plug in an external monitor to see if the output is ok - if so the graphics chip is working and it is the monitor. uninstall the graphics driver and let Microsoft find a replacement driver. Make sure the ribbon cable is properly connected, you need to open the device to do this.
If none of these then it as a last report you could try a motherboard reflow solution. If it is broken anyway this can't make the situation worse but I have not tried it myself yet, just heard it works. Click here to see it in action. This still wont work if a component is fried.

There is no display in monitor. I replace ram even no display, sometime its gives beep sound.Plz is there any solution of this promblem

when the computer is beeping when started, and you get no picture on the monitor, it is usually because your graphics card has stopped working. you can check and see if the card has become loose, first shut down your computer, unplug it, and please wait about 5 seconds before touching anything inside. your graphics card in the computer is the one that the monitor plugs into. check to make sure it is pushed tightly into the mother board. if the card is pushed all of the way in, and it is still a problem after plugging in your computer, and turning it back on, then the card is probably defective. Some computers have the graphics built into the mother board, and therefore do not have a graphics card, if this is your case, you can purchase a new graphics card and carefully install it into your computer and plug your monitor into it.Now you will not be using the built in graphics any more, and this should solve your problems. when doing any work on your computer, please make sure it has been shut down and unplugged. Most peeple who work on computers will have a spare graphics card kicking around somewhere, ask someone if they have one you could try in your computer, or go online to a local classifieds site and see if anyone will sell you a used one if you do not want to purchase a new one. You should have no problem at all finding a used graphics card/ video card. If problem still ocurs, or if it is easier for you, borrow a monitor from someone and try a different monitor first, this may be the problem, but not very likely.
Hope this helped !

I have installed a I7-870 cpu in a intel H55TC mainboard after assemblein the computer does not show the display and is beeping sound is comming Memory used is Kingston 2GB DDR3

The graphics ports on this board are only usable with Core i3 500
series (530, 540, etc.) and Core i3 600 series (650, 661, etc.) These
Clarkdale CPUs have built in Intel HD Graphics which would power
use the onboard ports. You have an i7 870 Lynfield which does not
have built in graphics, so these ports are for all intents and purposes
"dead".You will need to purchase a graphics card to get a display.
This is the case with all H55 and H57 motherboards.

My computer makes a low beeping sound/alarm in the back and it won't talk to the monitor??? monitor says it isn't getting any info from the computer and then shuts down to a yellow light.

It sounds like either the motherboard has token some damage or your graphics card has.

If it is your motherboard, which can be either the board itself or the graphics chipset built into the motherboard, then your only option would be to replace the motherboard.

If that dell came with a seperate graphics card, then youn will have to replace the graphics card.

There is also the possibility that you have both the built in and seperate graphics card, and someone put the vga or dmi plug into the wrong slot.

These are the most likely culprits, but it could be something else, like ram having gone bad.

If you decide to go into your computer, make sure to remove the power cord, put on or buy a wrist strap and plug it into a grounded outlet, and push the power a couple of times after removing the plug to draw out all remaining power.

Got a hp compaq presario sr2129uk. the graphics card in it was geforce7500le. so i upgraded it to a HIS radeon4850 iceq4 turbo.installed fine, graphics great, but computer is now saying no audio device...

complex this one but there could be a solution hp computers are pretty locked up but lets try this

the graphics card you have has built in sound for hdmi use and i suspect the bios has detected it as a sound card and disabled the built in mainboard sound

you need to go into your bios and see if there is an option to put audio on rather than to auto which can cause this issue

I need to know what cards are compatible

Graphics: go for at least an AGP card if you can find one else PCI express ( try NVIDIA or ATI)

Network : go for at least 100mb/s card , 3COM (brand name) is very good

Sound: go for a Creative soundcard, although your motherboard should have sound built-in it.

Radio Shack have all sorts of cables.

E-mail Voodoo3 technical support for a cables

Try a cheap PCI VGA card on your PC , then instal the AV after it; it might not stand alone.

Good luck
