Had purchased nero 9 from retailer last year. now wish to reinstll but have lost or unable to find serial number

Hi,

As you have purchased the Nero9 software you should have activated it on internet. During activation you should have received email from technical support team for that software. Do check your email for the S/N.

Or you can contact technical support team for getting your software related details.

Thanks,
Amar

How do I email a copy of cd in email? Or how do I send a folder (not file) by email? Thanks, Tom

Hi Tom, to send the contents of a CD in e-mail, you will need a CD burner and a software for it like Nero and copy the contents of it.
To send a folder, you will need a program called WinRAR which can be downloaded here: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5794009/WinRAR_3.93_Final_32Bit_And_64Bit_Full__blaze69_ but before you could download the WinRAR, you will need utorrent. Utorrent can be downloaded here: http://www.utorrent.com/
after downloading WinRAR, right click the folder you wish to send and find "Add to Archive" selection and click on it. After it is done creating the archive, you can then attach it (the archive) to your e-mail.
*Note: The person whom you are sending the e-mail to also needs WinRAR.

I am waiting for someone to call or email me @ wepyfrom@comcast.net or 561-985-1889 Estella Pyfrom

Hi Estella,

While the site does have phone support. It is handled differently than these $2 premiums.

The procedures that they follow are to keep your identity and contact info from becoming public knowledge, they are for your protection.

If you have been in contact with an expert, lost the connect and wish to reestablish contact, comment me back and I'll do my best to get the message delivered.

After that I would suggest accepting tour conversation as a solution to keep your info from being displayed again.

Then on Monday, when some one is in the offices, contact support for a refund on our dialog.

Best regards

Am confused regarding what to download for simple power point viewer use when receiving e-mail with "pps" attachments. Will appreciate recommendations.

Hi,

If you wish to view Power Point (.pps) attachments you receive in your e-mail, you need to download and install the Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 which you can download by clicking this link.

Also, please be careful while opening PowerPoint documents you receive in email because a lot of viruses are transmitted these days along with .pps documents. So, only open PowerPoint attchments from contacts whom you know.

Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa
