Hi,
Your mobile may be in the profile "silent". So all you need to do is change to profile "normal" . Then your mobile will ring.

Thanks.

V3 vibrates but will not ring

on the left side of the screen, you will see a up and down arrow buttons (silver in color). that should take it off just vibrating.

you can also go to settings then go to "change audio" and change it to "loud"

you can change it to "loud and vibe" as well..

if that doesn't work then their is something physically wrong with your phone. You can call at&t/cingular by dialing 611 on your phone.

please rate this, and mark it fixya.

My Motorola Razr won't ring or vibrate when receiving an incoming call except when plugged in to the charger

Turn off the ringer id function in settings, ring styles, load detail, ringer id's off.

Hope this helps

Vibrate on Motorola V3 RAZR

Hi, your vib motor probably has dirt or stray hair so its not spinning, or it has just seized.
Simply bring to a local repair shop for a cleaning - about $15, if thats no good have them replace the vibe motor, cost is about $25-40 including install.

If you can't find a shop to do it let me know, we do those all the time

Ringing

Ok - your outter speaker either got water damage or blew out - both common on the v3.

The replacement part is about $20 plus install - full job for about $40+shipping if you want we can do it fast and efficiently

Motorola Razr V3 wont delete

Have you updated the firmware lately? Some of the newer versions wont let you delete your ringers once they are stored. Do you know how to use bitpim? If not shoot me an email and i can walk you through it. It is really easily to use. Good Luck!
