Hi!there might be some documents in queue for printing..you will have to click on the print icon at the right lower screen and then cancel all the printing..sometimes this doesnt work so you will have to restart the printer and system, the printer for a couple of times..the print icon should disappear..also another possible source of error is when you print a word document and dont give the option of current page or page number...
hope it helps!

My Canon MP160 inkjet won't print. In trying to print a test page, I get the message that the ink absorber is full. What is the remedy for this?

A message display is common with insufficient ink cartrigges. Printers that perform several printing tasks is usually common to deplete the ink capacity. Alternately, installing an ink cartrige may have been a lasting duration possible need for a new cartridge replacement. However, perform a device functionality check by opening the compartments that contain replaceable materials. Ascertain the depleted material requiring replacement like ink, printing paper. Also, observe any malalligned materials like stuck printingn paper. Once every replaceable parts have been cleaned and restored, reconnecting the printer to the computer should request for an allignment functionality.

We can duplex copy but not duplex print on the KM Bizhub 250. When printing from the computer, in the Konica Document Properties Window on the Layout tab, when the Print Type pull down screen is activated...

Hello
See if you have selected weight paper from the tray in the duplex mode.
Weight paper is selected in duplex mode only from the bypass.
So you check that the paper in the tray 1 or tray 2 must be plain paper and in duplex mode it can print normally.

Ink cartridge problem

Complete the following instructions:
  1. Power off your All-in-One.
  2. Use both hands to lift up the scanner unit until the scanner support holds it open.

  5. Lower the scanner unit until it is completely closed.
  6. If the error message reappears, replace the black print cartridge with a new print cartridge.
If it does not repeat steps 1-3 and then go to step 7.
  7. Reinstall the color cartridge and remove the black print cartridge.
  8. Lower the scanner unit until it is completely closed.
  9. If the error message occurs again, replace the color cartridge.
  10. If an error message reappears, repeat steps 1-3 and reinstall both print cartridges.
  11. Lower the scanner unit until it is completely closed.
  12. If you receive the error message again, replace both cartridges.

Error message 50c on printer

I had the same error message 50c and "color Ink low". I knew that I still had Black Ink, and that is what I just needed for the moment, so I removed the color Ink cartridge and it started working. You'll get a message 'print cartridge missing' but just press continue.
Hope this helps,

Will not print

try lifting the unit asif you were going to change the cartridges and you should see a gap where part of the chasis will hit a contact, get a can of compressed air and blow into this gap. this should dislodge the contact and put it back to its normal position Hope this helps Copes Pete@wedotoners.com
