Cannot get blackjack to turn on. It is fully charged w/green light.
The phone appeared to be locked yesterday and then it was unlocked. Today it rang and it appeared to be locked again because I couldn't answer it. I plugged it in to my charger and it showed the front screen but would not let me do anything. When I unplugged it from the charged (after the green light was lit and it was fully charged), it would not turn on again.

Try consulting with the manufacture of your blackjack for instructions or carefully read through your product manual. Most phones turn on by holding the on button or the talk button and there is usually a switch for lock and unlocking your phone. You must also check to see if your charger is busted. If none of this helped the best thing to do is to exchange your phone or to just contact the manufacter of your device.
i think all you have to do when the phone is locked is push the top left (...) button right under where it says "unlock" on the screen. Then push the */sym button next to the zero. I have never needed a code to unlock. also, when your phone is locked, you have to lightly push the power button on the top of the phone to get the screen back on.
